Shipping Policy


We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all Âme orders.



Orders placed before 12:30PM EST will be shipped on the same day via Priority Overnight Service. Orders placed after 12:30PM EST will ship the following business day via Priority Overnight Service. Order processing, engraving, embossing and personalization options may require additional time.

Returns:Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Non-returnable items:

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at to receive a return label. Customer initiated returns will not be accepted.


Refunds:Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.


Late or missing refunds:If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same in perfect condition, send us an email at and we will provide you with further instructions.


Gifts:If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping:To return your product, you should mail your product to the store address you have purchased it from or, if you purchased it online, please return to our store at Westfield Mall, 10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90067.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Âme is determined to provide a safe environment for its staff and customers. Access to the showroom is open to individuals or groups of a maximum of two people. Entry without masks is not permitted. Customers must sanitize their hands before touching the jewelry and their temperature will be taken at the entrance.
